Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At TBK Perfumes, we are committed to supplying authentic fragrances sourced through our authorized company and supplier relationships. Please read our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

All perfume sales are final.

  • We do not offer cash refunds or monetary refunds for purchased perfumes.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes once sold.
  • Please check your selected product, fragrance, packaging and quantity before completing your purchase.
  • We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, personal fragrance preferences, dissatisfaction with the scent, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
  1. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your perfume has a genuine manufacturing defect or physical product fault, you must notify TBK Perfumes within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.

To report a suspected defect:

  • Contact our customer service team within the three-day notification period.
  • Provide your purchase receipt or order number.
  • Provide clear photographs or videos showing the suspected defect.
  • Keep the perfume, original packaging, and all included items available for inspection.

Claims reported after the three-day notification period will not be accepted under this policy.

If a manufacturing defect is verified and approved by TBK Perfumes, we may arrange a replacement for the affected product, subject to inspection and product availability.

This is a limited manufacturing-defect exception and does not constitute a general return or exchange facility. Cash refunds will not be provided.

  1. Product Authenticity

TBK Perfumes is committed to selling 100% authentic perfumes sourced through our company and supplier relationships. We take product authenticity seriously.

Customers should be aware that QR codes, batch codes, barcode verification and online registration systems are managed by the respective perfume manufacturers. Their functionality and database updates may vary between brands and products.

  1. QR Code Scanning and Manufacturer Website Registration

A QR code that does not scan, a verification page that does not open, or a product that is not yet listed or registered on a manufacturer’s website does not, by itself, establish that a perfume is counterfeit or inauthentic.

Some manufacturers may take several weeks or even one to two months to update their websites or registration databases for newly released products. In addition, QR code systems may occasionally experience technical issues or delays.

TBK Perfumes may introduce newly released fragrances to the Sri Lankan market shortly after their launch. As a result, manufacturer websites or online verification systems may not always reflect the latest products immediately.

QR code scanning difficulties or delayed online registration alone are not grounds for a refund, return or exchange. If you have concerns about a product’s authenticity, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

  1. Perfume Performance and Personal Preferences

Fragrance performance, longevity, projection and scent perception can vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, storage conditions and individual preferences.

Differences in fragrance performance or personal expectations do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect and are not grounds for a refund, return or exchange.

  1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking their order details before confirming a purchase and for handling and storing perfumes appropriately after delivery.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within the specified three-day period if you identify a suspected manufacturing defect or physical fault.

By placing an order with TBK Perfumes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

TBK Perfumes reserves the right to assess reported manufacturing defects and determine eligibility for a replacement in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Sri Lankan law.
