- Safe Packaging
At TBK Perfumes, we take care to package all perfume orders securely before dispatch. Each order is packed in suitable perfume packaging and carefully protected to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Perfume bottles are generally made of glass and require special handling. As many courier companies have restrictions on accepting glass bottles or fragile items, we take additional precautions by securely packing our perfume orders and identifying them as fragile wherever possible.
- Courier Delivery
We dispatch orders through third-party courier service providers. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier company, transportation and delivery are handled by the respective courier service.
Although we take reasonable precautions to protect every shipment, damage may occasionally occur during transit due to handling or transportation conditions beyond our direct control.
- Damage During Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their parcels immediately upon delivery.
If a perfume bottle is broken, damaged, or leaking when the parcel is received, please report the issue to the courier company responsible for the delivery as soon as possible. Please retain the parcel, packaging materials, and any damaged items as evidence, and take photographs or videos of the damage.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company, any claim relating to damage caused during transit must be raised with the relevant courier service provider in accordance with its claims procedure.
TBK Perfumes shall not be responsible for damage caused by the courier company during transportation, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
- Customer Cooperation
Customers are requested to cooperate with the relevant courier company when reporting or resolving transit-related damage claims. Providing photographs, videos, the parcel label, and the tracking number may help the courier company investigate the incident.
Important: Our team takes care to pack your perfume securely before dispatch. However, customers should report any delivery-related damage directly to the responsible courier company as soon as the issue is identified.
